PINEAPPLE ROLLS

I’ve been requested to post some more easy recipes, so I’m sharing this insanely easy one :)

All you’re gonna need is pineapple slices (I don’t really like anything coming from a can, I think it’s an exception this time!) and pre-made dough. 

step 1: cut the dough into narrow stripes

step 2: wrap the dough around the pineapple slices (use more dough than you see in the 2nd pic)

step 3: whisk an egg and apply it by using baker’s brush (gives a golden color). Sprinkle a little bit of sugar.

step 4: put it in pre-heated oven and leave it here until the color gets golden
